deep blue vinyl sign Nearly ten years ago, Deep Blue Massage opened its doors in Fort Collins. It offered beauty treatments and innovative massages for everything from eyelashes to foot therapies. Their expertise soon made them one of Northern Colorado’s preferred beauty and healing enterprises.

A lovely, refreshing experience

Deep Blue Massage offered many services. For example, innovative massage focused on individual needs. They specialized in therapeutic and deep tissue treatments. Popular favorites were couple’s massage, hot stone and pregnancy massage. Additionally, halotherapy (salt therapy), deep tissue laser therapy and ion cleanse (foot detox) were popular choices. Their mission was to provide therapies that allow the body to devote all of its energies to restoring itself. It was a lovely, refreshing experience.

How we designed and built the Deep Blue Massage lighted sign

Paxton Signs designed the DEEP BLUE MASSAGE logo by using the serene beauty of the center’s interiors. The use of natural sounds and graphics inspired the logo’s water droplet ripples. And, of course, the spa’s eponymous name is reflected in the sign’s deep blue color palette.

We constructed the 4′ x 5′, two-sided lighted sign face using white acrylic Plexiglass. For the letters and graphics, we used translucent vinyl. Finally, we created the surrounding blue border by using the existing 2″ retainer fascia of the sign face. The existing pillars and pediment beam framed the sign, thus creating a unique, neo-traditional composition.

A version of the Deep Blue logo is pictured. We always provide various logo versions to our clients for the many different kinds of media advertising they may encounter. For example, black and white or color applications.
