Altogether, you’d have a good start visualizing Trophy Mountain Ranch and Resort, located north of Walden, Colorado. World-class elk hunting and trout fishing are the outdoor centerpieces of Trophy Mountain. It has spectacular high-country appeal as a broad-based recreational ranch. The amenities include horseback riding, hiking, snowmobiling, as well as ski touring in the winter months.

How we made the Trophy Mountain Ranch sign

In 2005, Paxton Signs designed and built the Trophy Mountain Ranch and Resort sign with the above scenic amenities in mind. We carved the 3′ x 10′ sign from a sheet of high-density urethane. Then, we hand-painted it with a green and black, gradated background. This includes the mountain and forest graphics. Last, we finished it off with snow white dimensional letters, added a majestic elk, and, finally, a bold, decorative dimensional banner.
