When space allows and zoning requirements are in order, monument signs, either big or small, are excellent sign choices. Usually, they offer tremendous 2-sided street visibility. When lighted, they offer 24/7 effective advertising.

Deep Blue Massage, formally of Fort Collins, offered beauty treatments and innovative massages for everything from eyelashes to foot therapies. Their expertise and reputation made them one of Northern Colorado’s preferred beauty and healing enterprises. And, their location was ideal for a two-sided monument sign, pictured.

Designing and Building the Deep Blue Sign

Paxton Signs designed the DBM logo based on the serene beauty of the center’s interiors. Their use of natural sounds and graphics inspired the calming visual identity.

We constructed the lighted, two-sided monument sign using 4′ x 5′, white acrylic Plexiglass. For the letters and graphics, we used translucent vinyl. Then, we created the surrounding blue border by utilizing the existing 2″ retainer sign fascia. The result was an attractive, cohesive design. The existing pillars and pediment beam support and frame the sign, creating a unique, traditional composition.

Consider a Movable Monument Sign!

Another example of a small monument sign is the Arenus Animal Health design, pictured. This sign is particularly unique because it can be moved anywhere on the property, or to a new location, saving the expense of a new sign.
